5%
FINALLY got my 5% award at Weight Watchers on Saturday. That means I've lost 5% of my starting weight. CANNOT wait to hit that 10%. That's the next goal. I've been a weight watchers member MANY times. But I've NEVER hit 10%. Never. This time I'm changing that. We leave for Disney in 7 weeks and my goal is to hit that before we leave. Doing it baby!

These are numbers I can live with
I recently had some blood work done. And even if I haven't lost a TON of weight (but not scoffing at the almost 15 I'm down), exercise and eating better is helping. Proof right here:
Triglicerides - should be under 150
3/10 - 531
6/10 - 373 *WITH medicine
3/11 - 204 * NO MEDICINE (working on getting it under 150)
Cholesterol - should be under 200
3/10 - 242
6/10 - 238 *WITH medicine
3/11 - 227 *No medicine (yes, this is still elevated but I'm working on it)
Glucose - should be under 100
3/10 - 116
6/10 - 106
3/11 - 93 *This makes me ecstatic!
Cannot wait to repeat these labs and see what even MORE weight loss, exercise and healthy eating does for my insides.

Down and Up (and GOING DOWN!)
Imagine my excitement when I stepped on the scale Saturday at Weight Watchers and was told I was down 4.8 pounds! I hadn't weighed since the previous Wednesday (so about 10 days) but I was still excited.
Imagine my disappointment when I stepped on the scale Wednesday at Weight Watchers and was told I was up "a little." I knew I would be for many reasons:

- Didn't journal like I should have
- Went to an afternoon meeting with work clothes instead of Saturday morning, before breakfast/coffee wearing light exercise clothes
- TOM (time of month)
But that gain WILL BE gone by next weigh in on Wednesday. So there!
